Bill Adams was a Claims Manager for Mid-Continent Insurance and owned 2 adjusting businesses in the 1960’s. In 1969 Bill taught himself to nail on roof shingles and decided to start his own roofing company. With a focused attention to detail and quality work, in just 10 years he grew Adam’s Roof Tech into one of the largest residential roofing companies in Denver, CO.
Bill’s son, Tim Adams, went to work for the family roofing company in Lubbock, TX in 1980 and stayed for over 37-years. Tim started out as a laborer on a roofing crew, then becoming a crew foreman. Eventually Tim ran all work crews.
Having seen firsthand how stressful, time consuming and unfair the insurance process can be for policyholders is what prompted Tim to become a licensed Public Adjuster. Shortly after, Tim started Alpha Public Adjusters.
